Recently we have increased reports in the State of Florida of email(s) circulating to citizens claiming a case as been filed in the "Florida County Circuit Court" and they have been named as a Defendant.

These messages are a phishing attempt to obtain finanical informaiton from you.  You are advised to not open these messages, respond or contact any such party.  Mark these messsages as "Spam" or immediately delete it.  

IF you have received one recently and did respond and provided any financial information please contact your local Law Enforcement agency
