Partial Payment Plans

To be considered for a Partial Payment Plan for your court fines and costs, please complete the online application.

Use and complete the DOWNLOADABLE form provided at the bottom of this page and then you can hand delivery or mail your application to the following address

You must fill in all required sections as noted on this application prior to returning to the Clerk's Office

On receipt it can take up to 3 business days for a Deputy Clerk to review your application and reach out with further instructions.

This application must be completed in its entirety and electronically signed online.  After completion it will be sent to our staff to review and update.

Once these updates are completed, if there are no issues, the application will be approved and a final copy signed by our staff will be delivered to you.

Please keep a copy of this for your records.  A copy will also be attached to your Case File

** Please note that if any errors are found in your online application it will be voided and you will need to resubmit a new one - Corrections or changes cannot be made once this process has been submitted
